  • How do I rent a bike?

    You choose the bike you want, select the date and time you want to pick it up and book it. All you need is a valid ID (ID card, passport or driving licence) and a bank card for payment. *Please note that the bike handover and instruction takes about 15 minutes.

  • What is included in the rental price?

    We provide the bikes with the necessary equipment (helmet and anti-theft system) and they can be completed with an extra battery, a set of hand, elbow and knee protectors, a child seat, a bike rack and a set of lights for longer rides.

  • What are the rental terms and conditions?

  • What is the cost of renting an electric bike?

    You can access the rates here. The cost of renting a bike depends on the number of days you want the bike for. For groups we have special offers. If you want tailor-made offers, please contact us beforehand!

  • Where can I find E-Bike Rent?

    You can find us here, but contact us beforehand if you don't have a reservation because we might be out for a bike ride.

  • My bike is lost or stolen, what should I do?

    You need to report the incident to the authorities and notify us immediately. In case of theft you must fill in a report at a police station and provide us with a copy of the report.

  • I was involved in a bicycle accident, what should I do?

    Follow the road traffic laws and report the incident. Please also let us know and give us copy of any report.

  • Can bikes be delivered or just picked up?

    On request we can deliver the bikes to your accommodation, hotel, guesthouse or apartment. The price for delivery will vary depending on location, date and quantity. For a price quote, contact us!

  • How do I pay?

    You can pay by card on the website. At the pick-up point you will only be able to pay in cash.

  • Can I cancel or change a reservation?

    Yes. If you have paid online, you can cancel your booking up to 3 days before the pick-up date and your money will be refunded in approximately 5 working days. If you change your mind and want to rent the bike on a different day or at a different time, just let us know by email at least 24 hours in advance.
